About Sela Redemptive Theater
Sela Redemptive Theater Co. was founded to allow people who have a passion for musical theater to come together and create an encouraging, dynamic, Christ-centered community, while producing shows that share the redemptive messages and attributes and of God. We desire to develop our God-given theater-based skills, honor Him with our on-stage and off-stage words and actions, and to share and encourage one another in the Hope of Jesus Christ as we grow in our relationship with our Creator and Savior.

Starting an organization like Sela Redemptive Theater is not possible without an investment from many individuals. Before we have auditions for our first show, there are myriad of details to arrange, deposits to make, and an organizational framework to build. This requires man hours AND money. Additionally, as a Christ-centered ministry, it requires prayer to ensure we are moving in step with God in everything we do.
Currently, to create a professional-quality musical theater production in a venue in SE WI, the cost runs right around $55,000. We have many ideas for how to secure those funds, but our first way is simply to ask: "Would you be willing to financially support Sela?" No amount is too big or too small!
Our first financial goal is to raise $20,000 in seed money to get us started on this journey. That will allow us to secure space for rehearsal and the performance, insurance, rights for the show and scripts, and start to secure needed materials for the show. Once we do that, we can make firm plans for Show #1!

What is next?
Our goal is to do a show as soon as possible! In order to do that we need to raise the funds needed to secure performance and rehearsal space, rights, directing talent and finalize all those details, and more. So the sooner we can raise the first $15,000, the sooner we can make firm plans for our inaugural show!
God knows the exact timing, the show, and who will be a part of this. Our job is simply to do the next thing He tells us to do. Building a non-profit with this strategy is not the norm, but we are expecting to be different. We also know that when we are in step with Him, we are exactly where we need to be!
